So I've been working two jobs for three weeks now, and I'm tired, but I think it's ok. I slept in yesterday morning after working til midnight the night before. It was nice to be able to relax in the morning, do some dishes, clean my room, and just relax for a while before getting to work at the college around 10:30. I'm finding that there's been some good, bad, and ugly days at Nordia, but such is life in customer service type things.
It's a busy summer so far, but I think it'll be worth it in the long run. I'm looking to work one solid job in the fall with regular hours, or closer to regular hours anyways, but we'll see what happens.
I need to start looking for a place to live in the fall too.
As for now, I'm doing laundry and just made some french toast for brunch. Yummy. We're out to the Pinery for the afternoon... it'll be relaxing.

Ok, so here's the scoop. I'm not dead (and I won't be soon). I'm just not in Corunna anymore. Within the past week, I've accepted two jobs in Kitchener and have moved my life up here for the time being. One of them is at Nordia, which started yesterday, and the other is at Emmanuel helping out with IT stuff, where I'm also living for the summer in a residence room.
I got a cell phone too. I feel disgusted with myself about that one, but I guess it was needed so people could get in touch with me, rather than me just dropping off the face of the earth, which isn't so unrealistic right now... ah well. I'm not giving out my number to everyone because it's pay as you go, and I don't really feel like spending $.xx per minute unless I have to.
So, that's about it.
